This Pagoda is full of people's skulls and first time you see it makes you stop thinking, almost stops your breathing. Here's small history of it:

The Killing Fields (in Khmer វាលពិឃាត viel pi-kʰiet) are a number of sites in Cambodia where collectively more than a million people were killed and buried by the Khmer Rouge (red khmers) regime, during its rule of the country from 1975 to 1979, immediately after the end of the Cambodian Civil War (1970–1975). The mass killings are widely regarded as part of a broad state-sponsored genocite.

Analysis of 20,000 mass grave sites by the DC-Cam Mapping Program and Yale University indicate at least 1,386,734 victims of execution.Estimates of the total number of deaths resulting from Khmer Rouge policies, including disease and starvation, range from 1.7 to 2.5 million out of a 1975 population of roughly 8 million. In 1979, Vietnam (my country!) invaded Democratic Kamputchea and toppled the Khmer Rouge regime.

Cambodian journalist Dith coined the term "killing fields" after his regime from the fiels. I can say this visit was one of my most fascinating but most terrible places I have ever beer. Still I wish you all a nice beginning of the new week and take care where ever you are:) Hugs Jay

Although my boyfriend and I did not want to refrain from taking advantage of the opportunity to educate the children in my community about safe sexual practices,  instead of giving children cocaine, we decided individual wrapped and lubricated condoms were appropriate in an era where one in twelve sexually active adults is infected with a sexually transmitted disease.  Most don't even know they have one until symptoms occur.   As far as I'm concerned it doesn't matter how old your children are, they're sexually active from age 3.  It remains to be seen whether or not any cops show up at my door; however, not a single child or parent said anything when the items were handed out.   Do you think I might have done something illegal?

The team of researchers from the University College of London has come up with some findings in their effort to answer this question.In explaining the absence of bone in the penis, the researchers first consider the case of primates and mammals.Primates and mammals, the researchers say, had the penis bone.The baculum or penis bone first evolved in mammals between 145  and 95 million years ago, observe the researchers.The researchers find a link between the prolonged penetration during sex and the presence of baculum in the course of primate evolution.The study says that longer penetration caused the primates and carnivores to have a  longer baculum.It attributes the high level of sexual competition between the males to longer bacula in primates.After tracing the presence of baculum in primates and mammals the study concludes that the humans were monogamous and do not compete for a partner which is why penis has not a bone.

I know that I have made some friends here and I really like having a place to open up about how I feel.
