some files won't open after download

<p>hello all! thanks in advance for replies.</p>
<p>So ever since I joined GBT, randomly some of the files I download just don't open through any player. I don't feel like it's a codec issue, since all the files I download are .mp4. Also sometimes I get only an audio track with no video. I'd say only once every few months I'll run into this problem, but it's annoying! The only issue I've noticed is if my net kills, then a retry won't complete the file, I just have to start a new download, but most of these files that won't play are downloaded normally in one piece.</p>
