Okay I need a really simple work out, that will give me a bit of upper body strength, and also get me a bit fitter, and lose a few pounds.
I'm really lazy, I would rather have a beer, and a smoke, and in the last 15 years I've held a gym membership at 3 different gyms, and managed to go about 15 times. Such sweet memories - 12 or 13 years old, waking up in the dark; walking through the new-fallen crisp snow; your nose-hairs frozen and the snot beginning to run toward your upper lip. Courtes ou longues, les manches ajoutent définitivement une touche vintage et classique à votre robe, sans oublier qu'elles peuvent en faire la pièce la plus élégante de tout le salon.
