<p>I really want to say Thank you to all of my new GBT freinds. I have looked for so long to meet and chat with people who share the same interest as I do. Its very hard at time to explain the true deep feelings that I have to people who don't understand. Here I feel that I can express most of what lays with in and not be judged sa weared or messed up in the head.. So once again a big fat THANK YOU with lots of LOVE......</p>

A turtle was walking down a dark alley when he was mugged by a gang of snails. A police detective came to investigate, and asked the turtle if he could explain what happen.
The turtle looked at the detective with a confused look on his face and replied. "I don't know, it all happened so fast".
FOSTERING INCLUSIVITY FOR LGBT EMPLOYEES

October 11th was National Coming Out Day. As part of my work with LGBT Employee Resource Groups, we convened a panel discussion on that topic at the City Club of Cleveland. The City Club is a nationally know organization that is referred to as the bastion of free speech. The panelists were all people I know and work with. I thought I would share it here. It is an hour long video. But shows the commitment of business leaders and employees around LGBT inclusivity in the work place. Just wanted you to see some of the work going on here.
