October 11th was National Coming Out Day. As part of my work with LGBT Employee Resource Groups, we convened a panel discussion on that topic at the City Club of Cleveland. The City Club is a nationally know organization that is referred to as the bastion of free speech. The panelists were all people I know and work with. I thought I would share it here. It is an hour long video. But shows the commitment of business leaders and employees around LGBT inclusivity in the work place. Just wanted you to see some of the work going on here.

The store finally got in an order of BONELESS PORK RECTUMS. At least they inverted them!

Jack's my little brother now and i love him. I want to thank everyone for being so wonderful and kind to him here. After his mom died We had Jack start seeing a psychologist to help him process out what he had been through, which was to sit and watch as his mother wasted away for many months, knowing that eventually she was going to die from her breast cancer. What he went through the day she died left me shaken as well and it was then that i swore on my very soul that i'd be at his side to help and protect him until the day i die. The psychologist he sees recommends he not become isolated and be allowed to introvert, but we live out in the middle of nowhere on a farm and he gets home schooled with a few other kids by my mom. I thought coming here he might make some of his own friends that were like him that he could look forward to socializing with and have a few laughs, but unfortunately the experiment has failed and I find myself constantly having to encourage Jack to be patient, look beyond the pedos, and ignore those that endlessly try to groom him for whatever purposes they seek. One person in particular, a young friend of his I made the mistake of using the term "creamy dream" to in a tongue in cheek way, has gone out of his way on multiple occasions to upset him and this is just not what Jack needs right now. Our family is literally bubbling with the prospect of accepting Jack into ranks - its a blessed milestone in all of our lives - and for now i think its best we concentrate on that for a little while. I did what i thought was best bringing Jack here. I did what i thought was best protecting him, and now I'm doing what i think is best by backing off and letting haters hate. Again thank you all so very much, especially Tolead, Usainindia, thomasprinceton, davey, and all others that have been so wonderful in trying to help us out here. You are all very kind and appreciated here in Montana. Dakota-
