Is there something wrong with me that I was desperate for them to EITHER say they were currently experiencing higher than normal call volumes OR that they were experiencing higher than normal call volumes at present. This complete logical redundancy of saying BOTH in the same sentence was just really really really depressing me more than such an issue should.
Yet it's the same when I go to a place (like Argos here in the UK) and order some item. I can see a sign on the wall telling me the procedure for ordering and 'claiming you're purchase'.......
