I was thinking I can't be the only one on here that has had a mean or crazy ex. Everyone has to have some kind of crazy/mean story. I was in a relationship for 3 years and my ex was genuinely crazy. Really crazy. But when you love somebody you put up with the mean side and the crazy side, well I did anyway. My ex didn't seem the least bit crazy until we moved in together. Usually any arguments happened over the phone and would be taken care of over the phone also. I will always remember my first argument after we had moved in together. My ex got mad and burned my favorite picture of us and then dropped it on the floor while it was still burning. It should have clicked in my mind- this person is crazy. But it didnt. That was just the beginning of everything. The next arguments eventually led to me having my face smashed against the wall in our room, being punched, pushed, locked in the bathroom with the lights off, and spat on. I was never one to physically abuse the one I loved, I just did not do that. One time, I had a bad day, I was tired and emotionally drained. It took all of my might to not fight back when I was pushed. I almost did and my ex saw that I almost did. My ex egged me on, told me to quit being a ***** and hit back. I snapped and did.
