Ejaculation is there to discharge semen.What happens in nocturnal emission also is the discharge of semen.Therefore discharging semen by masturbation is not a damaging act.Masturbation is the enjoyment of sex in solitary which is purely a harmless act that prevents a person from becoming a sex aggressor due to suppressed sexuality.

Missed opportunities these happened in my mid to late teen
