A French documentary film from 1990 about 12 teenagers (10 to 15) from the experimental school "L'Ecole en Bateau" (The Floating School) as they sail the "Kerrek Ven," a 3-masted fishing schooner, recreating Christopher Columbus's voyages from Spain to the Caribbean and Venezuela. The teenagers navigate the ship with the help of a few adults. In the course of the trip the boys end up skinny dipping and naked in ways that you wouldn't get away with now.
