We naturally assume you had phimosis... Could not retract your foreskin or it was painful to do so?

We should just cut out little girl's breast tissue before puberty.... Before it gets a chance to grow fully and develop into cancer later in life which it is sadly VERY common to do.... As a health preventative measure. You know, like they cut off little boys foreskins so that mummy and daddy don't have to bother teaching their child how to keep himself clean......
I mean, girls can always put implants in after puberty and then they can all be the same size so they don't have breast-size envy with their friends...... And any babies they have can be formula fed....... Oh my the list goes on and on.......
