Through a Glass Darkly
The photography of Gonzalo Benard, who is also an artist, writer and philosopher, particularly interested in old religions and shamanism. Many shots are darkly out of focus, giving the impression of a ghostly presence capturing a fleeting private moment. As so often, the implicit suggests more than the explicit. Benard's ongoing project is 'Shot by a Stranger.'
