The Photography of Yann Faucher, from Paris, now based in London. He photographs young men in an undemonstrative, sensitive way with intimations of lost, or robbed, youth. His project, 'Dancing Ledge', is inspired by visits to the Normandy beaches where so many young men perished. Wartime photographs of such men and their close friendships led to a photoshoot at Dancing Ledge, a location on the Jurassic Coast in Dorset, England, a contemporary commemoration of those friendships. The first half dozen pictures in this album are from that series.
