<p><strong>US study reveals shocking statistics about LGBT people of colour</strong><strong><br /></strong>A study into the lives of LGBT people of colour in America has revealed high rates of unemployment, poverty and discrimination.</p> <p>A third of LGBT Americans identify as being a person of colour, and many live in states which do not recognise their families â?? leading to increased taxes and healthcare costs. They are also more likely to be parents than white LGBT people.</p> <p>55% of Native American LGBT people are living in poverty, along with 34% of black trans people.</p> <p>The percentage of black LGBT people who are unemployed is nearly twice that of the general population. Half as many have a university education than the general population.Ineke Mushovic, executive director of the Movement Advancement Project, which co-authored the study, said: â??Disproportionate numbers of LGBT people of colour live in places that lack any explicit state-level protections for LGBT people.</p> <p>â??This means that LGBT people of colour face a high risk of economic harm from anti-LGBT laws.</p> <p>Based on the connection between poverty and an individualâ??s race or ethnicity, many LGBT people of colour are less able to absorb the financial penalties created by anti-LGBT laws when compared to white LGBT people.â??</p>

Many of you probably know about the problem of homophobia. Do you experience, or your friends about it? This week two of my friends were fired from their jobs, with the explanation that they are gay and do not fit the company!

 

There are many lovely pics which I would like to download to my PC. But I would like to download  ALL pics in original size from one website in one action.

For example I wish to record all pisc from here http://www.gayboystube.com/galleries/-484954.html?image=1 in original ( big) size.  I don't want to open and dwonload each pic separately, as there are too many.

I tried several programs to download bulk pics from websiate, but I was able to save miniatures only.

Do you know any way/program to get all large pics at once?

Sometimes, I am reluctant to sign on to GBT. I'm not sure what is waiting for me. Sometimes it's friends leaving warm messages for me, sometimes its messages saying I have left GBT. This week I've had 5 friends leave. I am a fiercely private  but a  passionate person. The ones that have gotten to know me personally know that.  I feel when I get these messages is that maybe I didn't do enough to make them welcome and comfortable with GBT and me in particular. I guess I have be more sympathetic to the friends that have to leave. But for me, I feel like someone kicked me in the groin. I probably need to get my emotions in order.

you meet people, you strike up a friendship, and you remind yourself not to be selfish and except their friendship as goodwill. and dont be overbearing or you might drive them away. I always seem to wear my heart on my sleeve, sometimes I overeact, incase I lose a friendship, maybe thats me being insecure and I am sorry for my minuses, I know this is only a social media site, but when you dont have anyone in the whole wide world to chat with about different things, it becomes important. An important person in my life died 9 months ago...............If you still want to be friends with me, with all my insecurities..............................thank you from the bottom of my heart, love, Scott (with tears in my eyes.........)

Two kids were hiking when they came upon a huge bear. One boy sat down, took a pair of track shoes out his knapsack and started to put them on.
