Are the new laws going to affect GPT?
I live in the UK. GPT is my main, ya know, wake up in the morning with coffee, wipe the sleep out of my eyes and have a stroke site. (Amazing how the vids and stroke are as good as the coffee in waking me right up, has anyone ever researched the caffeine content of porn?)
I'll also revisit GPT more lingeringly on days off work.
But now there's a new law enforcing age verification of users, at least in the UK, and maybe EU as well. It's already hit most other porn sites, which I only know cos I look at them when GPT goes down temporarily.
This new law means that unless you provide ID, photo Id, age proof Id, i.e. personal information confirming your identity and age, your access to the site is blocked or at least very limited. No more anonymous just create an account and enjoy.

same - its not just porn sites that need age verification - overreaction just to stop teenage boys accesing porn -unintended consequences are how safe is your personal data if you enter age verification details also i use a vpn but how safe is that - all about mining data ? monitoring the populations internet usage access to your mobile / laptop ? i thought the internet was invented to share scientific information and porn

IDK guys we must follow larger sites like Xvideos, xnxx.com boyfriendtv.com at some point yet none are blocking anything yet.
I must also watch how community sites handle this as GPT is above all that

Avoid Google or Gmail at all costs. Google will know what you search after you are long dead. DuckDuckGo search engine does Not track you, Nor save your searches. I have @duck.com emails which I trust will weed out many of the unwanted trackers. They automatically have VPN. One can always spend more on their VPN if they have the funds. I have had DuckDuckGo for a decade now. I hope this advice helps.
