I guess it's what mood I'm in:  sometimes I feel like letting them hang loose - other days U like the feeling of a jock or cup.  4sure, freeballin' feels good in sweats - and it's just about a necessity in skinny jeans.  Yes, having the package show is part of cruising - - - and it's fun seeing the reactions from people when they're checking you out - specially when you're hard . . . .
