BEING THE VERY BEST BOTTOM
Hi all, just thought I would share my thoughts on how to be a truly amazing bottom since most don't know what I am about to share with all of you. If you want to be the cleanest bottom with no fecal matter, it's actually very simple. Epson Salt is your very best friend in this department, and save anal sex for mornings. You can drink your coffee, or tea, or what ever clear liquid of your choice, just NO DAIRY PRODUCTS such as milk or cream, and don't eat anything. Add 2 tablespoons of Epson Salt to an 8 ounce glass of water, squeeze in 1/2 a lemon, mix it well and drink it down fast. Follow it with 3-4 more glasses of water and wait. Within 2 hours, all that comes out of ur butt is all the clear water you drank before. Epson Salt is a temporary Kidney Blocker and diverts all of your liquid waste through your entire intestinal tract from your stomach all the way to your anus. If you having your ass ate, rimmed, or tongue f*cked, substitute the last glass of water with what ever flavor of Gatorade your partner likes to sweeten up your hole. Wish more gay guys would share this with each other since nobody likes or enjoys a dirty bottom. Another FYI is that taking a daily regimen of L-Arginine, Lecithin, and Zinc increases the volume you ejaculate and adding pineapple daily sweetens your cum. Be safe and keep the comments respectful guys is all I would ever ask. Any questions, lmk. Mike. :) Oh yeah, definitely STAY AWAY FROM NUTS THE NIGHT BEFORE ANAL SEX. LOL
Why couldn't/wouldn't this be relevant to straight people too to hear, learn, and know about? They have anal sex too, eh.
Epsom salts huh? LOL ???? Not a whole lot of difference between magnesium sulphate (epsom salts) and magnesium citrate. Ever prepped for a colonoscopy? After you think you're safe and nothing more could possibly come out, well think again. Just eat a high fiber diet and douche well and stay away from Taco Bell beforehand.
A Queer Dietitian’s Guide to Eating for Anal Sex
Bottoming is a lot of work, most of which occurs before cock even enters hole. Because of this, the majority of the effort goes unappreciated.
Tops (you know, the insertive partner during sex) don’t forgo their beloved morning coffee, subsisting on a strict diet of ice chips and gummy bears. Nor do they endure the grueling preparatory shower, pumping bulbs worth of bathwater into their asses as Chromatica plays just loud enough so their roommates can’t hear.
The prep work is excessive and an unfair expectation that prevents many bottoms from being intimate. But here’s some tea to whet your holes: You’re overdoing it, especially in the douching department. Truth is, douching is not always necessary, especially when you make the effort to eat properly.
To source the integral ingredients of a bottom-friendly diet, I spoke with Daniel O’Shaughnessy, an award-winning nutritionist and author of Naked Nutrition, a forthcoming LGBTQ-focused guide to good health and diet. Let’s dig in.
Know Your Fiber
Fiber is a bottom’s best friend. But fully harnessing its capabilities is more complex than tossing a spoonful of Metamucil into a glass of water––though that’s still a great idea.
“It’s important to understand the different types of fiber, which is determined by how it dissolves in water,” O’Shaughnessy says. “The first, soluble fiber, has metabolic health benefits, supports constipation, and helps prevent things like hemorrhoids. The second, insoluble fiber, works mainly as a bulking agent and helps motility of the colon.”
Soluble fibers are found in foods like oat bran, barley, nuts, seeds, beans, lentils, peas, and most fruits and vegetables. Insoluble fibers can be found in whole grains such as brown rice, wheat bran, nuts, beans, and some vegetables, like cauliflower, potatoes, and green beans. Most plant foods have a combination of both fibers. For example: An apple’s flesh is a soluble fiber, whereas the skin is an insoluble fiber.
As a rule of thumb, you want to limit insoluble fiber 24 hours before you have sex. O’Shaughnessy advises you go easy on the whole grains, switch to white rice instead of brown, and peel your vegetables.
It’s also important to know your “trigger foods” and limit these foods a few days before you have sex. Take extra note of spicy foods, eggs, red meat, caffeine, alcohol, and junk food, as these are common triggers.
“If you’re not used to eating a lot of fiber, then you may want to increase slowly, as it can lead to excess wind, which defeats the point,” O’Shaughnessy says.

So, to the literature:
"Given that the presence of fecal matter in the rectum during anal intercourse is generally regarded as undesirable, the use of rectal douches (or enemas) has some popularity among individuals who practice receptive anal intercourse (RAI). This is evidenced by the fact that at least one online instructional video about rectal douching reviewed for this study had more than a million views at the time of our research. (5) However, many commonly used household products can lead to damage of rectal epithelial tissue and potentially increase a user’s risk of contracting HIV and STIs (6), which has mobilized scientific researchers and community advocates to stress the need to determine which rectal douches are safe.(7) Conversely, if a safe rectal douche could be formulated to deliver an HIV-prevention agent, this could potentially decrease a user’s risk of contracting HIV and STIs during RAI and become an important alternative prevention strategy."

"A number of liquids used for rectal douching were mentioned, including: lemon juice; tap water; soap and water; camphor; vinegar; a mixture of soap, bleach and isopropyl alcohol; chamomile water; detergent; shampoo; and, (consumable) alcohol. Likewise, a wide range of apparatuses were used for rectal douching, including: “telephone” style showerheads; plastic soda bottles; hair dye bottles; store-bought enema kits; and, syringes.
No differences were detected between MSM and TGW regarding rectal douching thoughts, practises, solutions or apparatuses used."

"Objectives Rectal douching/enema (RD) is a common practice among men who have sex with men (MSM) in preparation for sex. RD can break down the rectal mucosal barrier and potentially affect the rectal microbiome. The objective of this study was to understand if RD is associated with acquiring rectal infections (RI) with rectal gonorrhoea (NG) and/or chlamydia (CT). Methods From 2013 to 2015, 395 adult HIV-uninfected MSM were enrolled in a randomised controlled study for pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) adherence with routine sexual risk survey and testing. Using data from this cohort, baseline differences by RI were assessed using Pearson’s χ² and Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test. Association between RD and RI was modelled using multivariable logistic regression adjusted for potential confounders (sexual behaviour, substance use and age) selected a priori. Effect modification by number of male partners and sensitivity analysis to rule out reverse causality were also conducted. Results Of 395 participants, 261 (66%) performed RD and 133 (33%) had at least one NG/CT RI over 48 weeks. Number of condomless anal receptive sex (med: 4, p<0.001), male partners (med:6, p<0.001) and substance use (any of methamphetamine/hallucinogens/dissociative/poppers) (p<0.001) were associated with increased odds of RI. Controlling for potential confounders, odds of prevalent RI were 3.59 (p<0.001, 95% CI 1.90 to 6.78) and incident RI 3.87 (p=0.001, 95% CI 1.78 to 8.39) when douching weekly or more compared with not douching. MSM with more than six male partners had 5.34 (p=0.002, 95% CI 1.87 to 15.31) increased odds of RI when douching weekly or more compared with not douching. Conclusion Rectal hygiene with RD is a common practice (66%) among HIV-uninfected MSM on PrEP in this study, which increases the odds of acquiring rectal NG and/or CT independent of sexual risk behaviour, substance use and other factors. This suggests interventional approaches targeting rectal hygiene products and practices could reduce sexually transmitted infections."

"Men who have sex with men (MSM) use rectal douches when they have receptive anal intercourse (RAI), yet specific aspects of rectal douching (RD) practices are poorly understood. Given that RD is associated with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or sexually transmitted infections (STIs),1–7 studies of factors leading to onset and maintenance of RD are needed. Furthermore, considering that douches with soapsuds and tap water result in surface epithelium loss, which may facilitate HIV acquisition, but no epithelial damage is observed with the use of polyethylene glycol electrolyte solutions,8,9 it is important to know which products MSM use to douche before sexual intercourse. Better knowledge of RD is important for the field of rectal microbicides, products currently under development that could eliminate or decrease the chances of HIV infection when applied topically in the rectal compartment. In the case of vaginal microbicides, use of vaginal douches, dissectants, and cleansing with fingers, may affect the vaginal compartment in which the microbicide is expected to work.10–12 Similarly, RD may also affect the rectal compartment and may need to be accounted for during the development of rectal microbicides."

Caleb how about you shut it. It may not be a peer-review journal, but if everyone just goes on saying whatever they believe to be true and post it on the internet making others believe it's true you have the right and duty to correct it. So dude, shut it!
Sorry but this is a load of bullshit. There's nothing scientific of what you claim here. Bottoming is a preference, but that preference involves that you know yourself enough to convey your preferences to your partner. To be a good bottom is to be a good communicator, you tell your partner what position you are comfortable with and you; as the bottom, you control the pace of the sexual activity. Sperm is mostly composed of amino acids, you can eat as much pineapple as you want it still going to smell and taste like bleach. I am sick and tired of people making it sound like sperm taste good... it doesn't and we all know it doesn't. Get out of your porn world, come to the real world, the world where you don't lie to yourself and write bullshit articles.
