Art Anyone?

Does anyone have a passion for buying art paintings and all? I deeply have grown a passion for art as well as enjoy  people who do it and all. 1st thing When I think art I think Bob Ross. I watch him and he so great at it and wonderful at what he did when he was alive and all then I think to myself wow those people who paint great  things must have learned thing or two from him and all.


I wonder if anyone else here likes art paintings whether it be gay romance/Yaoi or any typical thing

I have always wished I had a taste for art, but I just never have felt any attachment toward it.  Music and other things I can fall in love with, but most art I've never gotten into. Chris at one point had an amazing art blog, and I stared at it all the time wishing I had the feelings for it that other people have. 


I tend to love photography much more, I suppose real things.  If I do feel a connection to some artwork it will normally be something bright.  I have some color blindness and so I would never go for the dull colors in some art work. Like the dog Chris posted below is something I might go for. It's why if somebody asked me off the cuff who my favorite artist was.. I'd be inclined to say Peter Max based solely on the amazing colors he utilizes.  I remember the paint scheme on the late great Dale Earnhardt's race car which was designed by Peter Max and was the most amazing thing I'd ever seen on a racecar, or really any car.  It WAS A piece of art.
