Kool odd but kool

I think they may be Cacio e Pepe, broccoli rabe, and white pizza. Now, you've made me hungry.
The greens look like either broccolini or a new type of broccoli/sweet kale cross they're starting to grow in quantity in the UK. In the large bowl, I believe that to be some type pf flat bread. I have the typical American's knowledge of pasta types so other then saying the pasta looks like kind of roughed up spaghetti, I have no idea but it definitely needs a sauce, olive oil or melted butter as it looks to dry for my taste. What little I see of the menu, it appears to be in Italian. As long as there is no anchovy paste or fish on any of it I'd eat it. I'd say in about two years the lad eating it could be considered the dessert course.
-are the greens Asparagus? Broccilli?
