Not much in the way of experiences here except one embarrassing one. I get a bit loud when it comes to certain pleasures. I was living with my partner at the time, he was quite a lot younger than me. The property is agricultural so it's big. His house is exactly 51 feet from his parents house. I could have turned to fog and just blown away, I never wanted to look his parents in the eyes again. One of my very favorite pieces is the finale to William Tell Overture so Rodney, my ex, made a disc that started with that and also had Infernal Gallop, Sabre Dance, Ode to Joy, fast rapid and robust music, the stuff I like, I became so self concious thinking "now they hear the music, they must know".
I play the flute
Haven't listened to any music for a while, but Philip Glass and Ravi Shankar calms me.
I like about any kind of rock, because it rhymes with my favorite thing. As for instruments I like the mouth organ, and I know how to play a skin flute pretty well. Oh, btw what's better than roses on your piano? . . . . . . . . . How 'bout tulips on your organ?

I prefer American music, in my youth I went to music school (piano, organ and drums) and I have that today. The fascination with dixieland and then there was rock and roll - the real swing, jazz standards, film music and so remains today.
My only regret is that today's youth are not told anything by names like Elvis, Brenda Lee, Rick Nelson, Frank Sinatra, Satchmo, Ella and a whole lot of BIG STARS. Well - de gustibus ...
In my student days, I played in bands but after the fourth year I had to leave it and take up medicine very seriously and my specialization - anesthesiology. I have two other instruments at home - Nord 4/78 which has excellent pianos and Hammond organ. And little Hammond's Leslie. Sometimes I take part in recording sessions, but very rarely. I had the greatest fun when I was on the Celebrity Cruises as a doctor from Fort Lauderdale across the Caribbean. I was able to play with the teams working on board. It is a pity that only a few months. From an early age I collect records - vinyl and CD. I have over 700 vinyls and around 2000 CDs. This is my great collection and mainly American music, but I do not despise European music. Without music, life would be a mistake. With the help of my brother, we make a playlist of songs we want to listen to both at home and while driving.
Cooking - I love it, I took it over from my mother and father, and for two years I have been running the house and I have to take care of my brother (he is always meowing that he is hungry but has two left hands to work in the kitchen) I cook and I do practically everything, because my mother still has which I use.
Painting rather not - I love painting and art. I visited the greatest museums in the world - Louvre, Ermitage in St. Petersburg, American Museum of Natural History in NY, Rome, Florence and other important places in Italy, museums in London.
With my brother and my partner, we love to walk, visit, we don't like to sit in one place.
Telling a story - I think I'm good at it, because I trained my brother, I made up such incredible stories for him that to this day he remembers it himself and sometimes asks - tell me a story like I was little. And I have to ...
