I am a photographer of many years. I photograph landscapes, cityscapes, and yes people including young men and teen boys. It is called street photography and the photos I shoot often tell a story. It is in the public domain so you may photograph any one or thing you want choose. A person's privacy from being photographed is void when you step out private property. Photography combined with stalking would cause a surge on my creep-o-meter.
