Occasionally I used to drink Mountain Dew and liked it but when I was about 15 yrs old I drank a Schweeps Bitter Lemon, I liked everything about it. Immediately afterwards I opened a Mountain Dew and started to drink it. The contrast of going from sour and bitter to super syrupy sweet was so intense that I wasn't able to drink the Mountain Dew. Even to this day I still can't handle its intense sickishly sweetness. Kind of on a par with marshmallows and cotton candy. My younger brother has loved the stuff since it first hit the market.
