Idk how many live in an apartment or not but were we live at they wanna reinvent our apartment and expect us to go somewhere that doesn't even have a washer and dryer connection! So I watch the news and they say like other people that they can't kick us out during this hard time and all. My mom is freaking out and has boxes but we have no one to help us even move anywhere for us to even do so. I hate how the owner of where i stay at chooses the dumbest time to reinvent shit!

if going to do things to the place and let you move back in then it happens--but with this virus going on..its suggested that landlords of houses and apartments to bare with people  about rent--but they dont have to--the landlords can kick you out but the thing is--depends on where you live--the landlord has to issue a warning to pay  payment wait15 to 30 days file again..the landlord just cant kick you out--theres laws there to protect the landlords but theres also laws to protect the renters


 


after 2nd warning he has to wait again..final warning gives the renter another 15 to 30 days  receive payment--  then he can evict you--has to give 7 to 15 days do let you pack up and leave----now the catch here is--document everything--cell phones can be your best friend if the landlord comes up and harasses you --do not curse do not get angry--if he turns off water heat  electricity-- document it--the power he cant do as it takes the power company to  do that


 


and then the two to thre months you are behind--if you mange to pay one payment--that shows the court system you are trying to pay--if you offer him 100 bucks and he refuses it--get it on paper and /or video-- .. just find out what part of courthouse in your area  is at cal them  or if open go in and file a complaint if any--


 


   final thing is this can cause tension if you remain to live there---so more than likely youll have to still move--but you wont have to do it in a hurry---trust me.. i know people thats been through it
