I finished getting the last of my spring vegetables in and now they require attention everyday. I check in with GBT daily, watch a lot of news and you tube. I don't go anywhere without a pocketed mask stuffed with a doubled over coffee filter. We're not under lockdown here just stay at home unless it's necessary to go out. I maintain social distancing and can't get into the grocery store without a mask. Simple remedy there, wear a mask, don't complain and be thankful (knock on wood) I wake up healthy every morning.
i haven't done anything different than wear an noneffective mask ...its no worse than the flu that kills 165 thousand people in the USA each year..theirs some kind of agenda here..

Being someone who's used to self isolation I've learnt to adapt and cope with such things. It takes practice.
Find a reason to keep getting up each day at the same time, wash, clean, exercise, eat healthily -- try to stick to your normal routine.
I like reading, gaming, exercise- lifting weights, finding lots to watch on youtube - food and cooking channels, creepypastas, gaming and even watching funny stuff- epic fails etc. Coming up with ideas for stories/books, all things you can do alone. Oh and talking to people online. having aN online community helps a lot,
