The discussion was about how older queers are treated by younger and vice versa. And just to put in my 2 cents ( unusual yes I know) but this whole “ let’s all be nice” position that a lot of people adopt is counterproductive IMO. Nothing changes if we all refuse to talk about things that might make people uncomfortable. Just imagine where gay rights would be today if we decide it was best not to upset people and make them uncomfortable by speaking up and arguing/fighting for them.
I get what you mean, I’m thin always have been, but since turning 40 I catch myself being more judgmental on others who don't stay in shape, yet I lay around eating all i want and still have a tight stomach.
