I often do and when I have not had an orgasm in a day or two it is of course is much more intense. I even hurt my vocal chords from yelling way too loud. It's just so hard for me not to and Christ knows once I start it is almost impossible to stop until I am through though the yelling diminishes as I go through the process of orgasm. So much for the neighbors not hearing me. I have do not think I have ever met them but I would potentially die if I did BUT I guess I would just not bring it up for starters or somehow wiggle my way out of anything like that.

As to ejaculation, are not sperm and semen one and the same? The possible exception is the case of a boy old enough to enjoy ejaculation of semen, but not yet of an age to have his semen packed with sperm.
