Hello, thanks for stopping by to check my profile out. Sorry it's not more exciting. I hope to get a collection of those HOT boys that people post on other people's walls. Sincerely, I would like to contribute to the beauty and hotness that is all over this site. I just don't have access to the right places I guess. Being a JC professor I have to be kind of careful in that way. I don't know if you are aware, but schools are dangerous places these days, in more ways then one! My heart aches for the young lives lost in those senseless, brutal, heart-breaking school shootings we have been having in this country.
Not that there is any comparison, but being a teacher that is single, male and gay, means I have to be "discreet" in some areas of my life.
Also, I suffer from insomnia.
Laying here on top of the bed covers I am streaming You Tube through my headphones. It is so great to hear the voices of the singers right in the middle of my head. Good headphones help too! :-) I have always loved music, and finding new artists on the internet is like finding gold for me. Sometimes, when I reflect back on my life, it is a bit scary. When I was growing up so MANY of the things that are part of my everyday life now didn't even exist. Even in the wildest Science Fiction novels that I read. The biggest thing is probably that there was NO INTERNET. Now, I can't imagine my life without it. The computers that existed were as big as a room. Heck my cell phone has more computing power now. There wasn't even a calculator you could hold in your hand! Life just happens, on and on it goes, and one day you wake up and go: "SHIT...I am middle aged!!" "How the F**k did that happen?!" There is a line in a Billy Idol song; "...trying to stay relevant..." (big apologies, I can't remember the song, or the words that precede those or the words that come after it either. I am catching up on my Billy Idol on You Tube though. (LOL, sounds like a commercial for You Tube...really it's not, and I didn't get paid..) So here I sit, typing a stupid blog. The light is appearing outside my bedroom window. All the good, hard-working people of America are getting into their trucks and heading off to work. I am not one of those good people of America anyway.
The music, the music...damn, it's just brilliant and I grew up in the 1980's and we had some f**ing legendary bands. U2, Depeche Mode, Joy Division, Billy Idol, Duran Duran (don't laugh) The Church, Ah Ha, Flock of Seagulls, George Michael, Orchestral Maneuvers in the Dark (aka OMD) Can you tell what kind of kid I was in high school? (laughs) BUT, wow, some of todays stuff is packed with passion. Troye Sivan, Greyson Chance, Jack
