Presumably the reasoning is to live considerably longer; so - how many 93 year olds have a quality of life?

You should be doing all the things you ever wanted to do - now - not at some vaguely defined point in the future; live the dream now.

I'm with you almost a hundred per cent, my little sweetie. But there are those of us who can do very little with the wonderful advice you have given. I am up to three miles a day running. Still smoke two packs a day for fifty years. Twice I have had to keep people from freaking out on chantrix, one who had a weapon ready for himself. 1. Quit smoking. Talk to your primary care provider and ask them for chantix and a nicoderm patch.
2. Eat healthier. Substitute a garden salad for your lunch each day to clean up what you eat.
3. Exercise more. Begin a running regimen, little at first, the build on it over time.
4. Save more of your money. Set a goal to save at least 10% of your net wages each month.
5. Advance your career. Get that professional designation or advanced degree you've been putting off,
6. Bring discipline to your finances. Open an e-trade account for personal and retirement savings.
7. Consider going on prep. Especially if you're sexually active.
8. Get checked for STD's. We all hate this but its so important.
9. Do regular preventative medicine. Eye doctors, checkups, colonoscopies, etc.
10. Curb your alcohol consumption. Always in moderation.
