I am so GDMF tired of Craiglist personals' liars.  Everyone reads what he wants, no one wants what my freaking ad actually asks for.  Every few months or so, I turn into my evil twin and post a sarcastic sardonic poop-bomb on the MM ads sections in my area.  Here's my newest, highly enlightened one (the writing for which I was of course totally sober), put in several sections simultaneously.

I've heard of Craiglist but thought it was like eBay ... from the comments it seems it's a "dating" site as well !


I find it very sad that people are using the internet to try to instigate human contact ... surely it is even more dangerous than 'cruising' ?

CL is really really bad, unless you're already HIV + and over 40 with a gross body.  Then ya, go for it.  I don't know what Grind is like for hookups, but you can meet people and I have a LOT of friends there that are pretty kool.  It takes time to get to know people but once you do you meet tons of them and its kool.

Yeh, I've giving up on Craigslist a long time ago... Too much game players. It seems a lot like in my area, it's full of closeted "straight" pretenders with a wife and kids. Otherwise, they're just trying to get paid for doing nothing other than blackmail.


Grindr isn't much better I find. Lots of younger twinks there that just want to shut you up after seeing your dick and ass. Most see my pic and are interested as they think I'm 25 from it... I'm honest and tell them I've got a spouse to involve and that we're in our 40s - really I'm just looking to make friends.


If you're not a twink or younger, they mostly ignore you because you're older then 25 - same gay bar all over again...
