Most Employers and EMPLOYEES love to bring drama to work, and then try and get everyone all riled up. I got this one supervisior that lets little birds sing in his ear (most times it is one employee just trying to get the other employee in trouble) and that supervisior is running around trying to figure stuff out. The manager is obviously trying to drive you away, he is hoping you leave rather then be fired. My advice is you should seriously consider looking for alternative employment. However, there is a major drawback, you need a good reference from your (shit manager) previous employer if you get a new job. When you go for any job interviews state why you want to leave your present job, say you have a bully for a manager.
Alternatively you can approach your managers boss, if that's at all possible.
