Consider using TOR https://www.torproject.org/ It's built on firefox, Tor is free software for enabling anonymous communication.

What kind of OS are you using? I'm assuming Windows 10? I use Google instead, but I never sign into a Google account and use a double VPN'd connection with https always on. It makes it slow, but helps hide where I am and who I am. I don't trust M$.
