Awe, Shit! That happened to my boss who was married and was definitely straight. Someone put it on his work computer and he couldn't get it off the screen. Clients were coming into the business. Oh, I'm so sorry! I hope that you will be o.k.! I'm not only terrified of that happening but am worried it already basically has when someone fixed my computer sometimes over the years! Was it a picture that needs to be addressed? If not, just act normal. It will blow over. If she does say somethin, just apologize and say you did not mean for her to see said picture. You make it sound like you are her boss so I doubt she says anything.
