Some of the crazy crazy stories contained in this site are up for grabs as public domain.  This means that if you wish to retain ownership rights in your blogging history, it is imperative that you provide notice of Copyrighted intellectual property.  Unless you inform potential thieves that you reserve your rights, good luck in winning a civil or criminal judgement against them which almost never occurs anyway.  The best you can hope for is a cease and desist letter.  Although there are some success stories, such as the songwriter who wrote "Dueling Banjos" which was used in the cult classic about a group of guys who go on a river trip and one of them dies and the other gets raped.  Forgive me I do not recall the name of the movie produced by a major Hollywood studio without permission.  It was only after the second day of trial that the person who claimed o have wrote the song broke down on the stand resulting in an award of $270,000.  I don't think it will take more than a couple of months and the private lives of everyone who has ever broadcast on this site will likely be under public scrutiny especially the admins for their horrific abuse and misuse and exploitation of members.

You know what really gets my back up?......no I'm not doing a Peter Griffin......but really.....people who blast a copy right logo over their photographs......I have a Flickr account and I post my pics there. Some folks thing their shitty pics are worth stealing so they stick on a copy right. As if...!!!....NO! .... their pics are shit and are not worth a second look.
