Many sitcoms that run for years, end on a amusing note. I would suggest on the last episode of The Walking Dead, a camera enters a room in an apartment in New York, two people are sleeping. All of a sudden, the two people wake up screaming with horror. Was that a dream they shout? The two people are Jerry Seinfeld and Cramer!
Thank god this season sucked so bad.
I think this will be the last shot of the series. A camera from space will focus on an area in Kansas. The spout will suck all the walkers up.
I remember when Season 1, Episode 1 aired. I took a chance and watched it. I have not missed any episodes along the way. I like the analysis below from thomasprinceton. Not sure if it will happen, but sort of want Rick and Michonne to find Carl and Enid going at it sometime.

This last episode will be 90 minutes they will leave us with a cliffhanger for months trying to figure out what the hell happened. I watch every episode with Joel we love it.

The Walking Dead is a Social Masterpiece. There are little if any Skin Color politics, sexual orientation diatribes, or exclusive bigotry. Instead, it shows people of all beliefs struggling with morals, the lack of morals, and the Jewel of humanity. It also reveals remarkably, the essence of man's inhumanity to man. Walkers have become a sideline. Rick Grimes is a man's man, and he's not comparable to Negan or The Governor as many have suggested. Rick kills out of protection, survival and perceived threat. Even when his group killed a group of Negan's people while they slept, it stemed from the tyranny the group was imposing on other groups, leading Rick to determine these people were threats to his group. One of the few killings that could be debated on Rick's part, was the scene where he kills one of Joe's buddies in the bathroom by strangling him to death, but even then, Rick felt these men were threats to his family. As it turned out, they were bad men. The walking dead is like being there. It's like the Passion of the Christ on the opposite end of the cinematic experience, in that both are like looking through a window, rather than watching a show.
