The festive season is upon us, time to feel jolly as they say, but within my heart I feel lonely, cant explain why, maybe because its my first christmas without my mum, or its just the way my company has me just now. Some on here will say, hes moaning again. But there might be other people about that do feel lonely or are experiencing no one likes them, or just going through a bad time, because of one thing or other, my heart goes out to them, just reaching out my hand to them, wishing them well for the festive season, I know its only words, but they come from deep down in my heart. They say love conquers all, hoping you take some comfort from these words, love, Scott

I am thinking of my friends, trying to give them support, or some love this christmas, I know its just words, but hopefully, it will tide them over this christmas.

If you can, don't spent the holidays on the same place you did last year. Took you loved ones and try to enjoy them somewhere else or on someone else home. I did this with my mon when my dad died and it helped a lot. Don't hold back your feelings, no matter if you cry, it heals the wounds.

Christmas would have to be one of the worst times of the year. So many people feel nothing but misery at this time of year. Spare a thought for a moment, of those who have lost loved ones, those who are living in poverty being bombarded by commercialism for wonderful food treats, gifts, etc., those who are lonely and have no-one to share this time with - watching everyone else playing happy families, and finally those who have/will suffer tragedies at this time of year (the one time that they are reminded of past tragedies). These are the people I think of at this time of year. If you are one of these people (like you Scott) just know that I am thinking of you all the way to Christmas day and beyond. At least down here in Kiwi land (New Zealand, for those who don't know what a kiwi is) it's summer, so we can get out and enjoy the day (when it stops raining LOL!) Feel sorry for those stuck indoors on cold winters days and nights in Northern Hemisphere. Love to all.
