Keep a glass handy and just as you're about to shoot, hold the mouth of the glass up to your cock head and shoot your sperm into the glass then continue to milk out any remaining sperm in your shaft as it softens. I also don't like it much, especially when i'm really hot and shoot near or in my face or ear, not happening all the time but you never know.
