Yo dude, let's spark that UP!
(As I find my longer blog-introductions can be truncated (a character-limit or something), I'll put my words onto the first comment within.)

I forgot to mention an important aspect: what I indulged in tonight was "recreational" pot; guynmuskogee is talking about medical marijuana, which has a much-lower level of THC (the "feel-good" part of the plant). I certainly find nothing "sinful" / "criminal" of medical uses of the plant, which have been selectively harvested over decades to have a lower level. (Though personally I find nothing wrong with recreational use either.)

Thanks, you made me think of a facet of the subject. I would be more friendly with it, if I didn't have to SMOKE it. (I smoked cigarettes from maybe 16 to 30, then again another 10 years once I lapsed, probably my switching early to menthols helped me stay with it so long. My throat/lungs are now a bit delicate, helped by a years-long stomach/esophagus problem I had which made me inadvertently inhale stomach-acid for years until I had surgery in 2010 to fix the problem.) Marijuana, & this isn't possible unless it's more-commonly "de-criminalized", could use some different forms like gum (I was addicted to Nicorette gum for a decade after quitting tobacco) or menthol-ed I think. It's just that the smoking of anything affects me worse now. But I have been personally interested in its anti-depressant effects for myself, would consider using it if it didn't have to be smoked. (Prozac is basically poison/fluoride, as the late-of-GBT Scotslad/Rory has mentioned. I'm not on Prozac, but on Paxil which is another SSRI so probably does the same thing.) I've heard about "hash brownies" for decades, don't know if the taste is as harsh as the smell is, but still surrounded by lovely chocolate (and I'd add peanut butter, those 2 are my favorite flavors) it couldn't be as bad as the vapor/inhalation is to me. I'm like you and even further, one hit will be fine for me for a week or so!

I smoke medical marijuana. It's a good anti-depressant. My doctor recommended it, off the record. One or two hits a day is enough for me. Once it's legal in my state I will get a prescription for it. Then I will be "legal" HAHA :)

I'm just curious about how common / everyday "wacky weed" is to your-all's daily or weekly lives? (Don't know exactly where I'm going with this, but don't worry, I'm NOT a pig, my personality prevents that from conceivably happening! And I'm completely with Mary Tyler Moore, who said decades ago that marijuana is less dangerous to society than alcohol is. Just my objective interest, from a "statistics" point of view.) ¶ Particularly interested tonight, because I had one whole bong-hit from a guy I met this evening (I'd put up a platonic-friends ad up on craigslist), my first pot in almost 2 years I think. (I was really enamored of the stuff in college for a year or 2 — I flirted with females, pot, Jesus, males, lots of things then.) It threw me around! It's much more powerful now. (I was embarrassed, but told the newly-met guy I might faint, & he made me lie down and gave me a wet washcloth. The over-heating lasted only maybe 10 minutes. He turns out to be a really nice guy, we were together 3 hours in all, I won't say more because who knows what will happen. ¶ Oh, another thing is, both he & I can get a bit paranoid on the stuff (not really the case for us tonight), is that common with any of you? (Sorry if this is a subject I shouldn't be posting on here — Nick, let me know if so, and I'll kill the blog.) Thanks for any comments, and if you just want to tell me directly instead of "publicly", feel free to message me here, or write me/David on Yahoo (xyLover69@yahoo.com which forwards to my "real" e-address). Thanks guys.
