Not been around much lately - sorry

Just a short note to all my friends on GBT  especially those who I love and try and keep in contact. Sorry that I have not been around so much lately but my bipolar is acting up again and my doctor has put me on different  meds to se how things go. Will try and catch you all as soon as I can. This site means more to me than you guys could understand ( friendshp)

Hi Halix... I've not met you before on here.. but from one bipolar sufferer to another I understand how it feels I promise you. There are times when it gets bad, but you'll find there are times when you'll have better days. I found it extremely hard to cope with before, but the more I learn about my own condition, the more I understand it. I hope in time you'll find better days. We're all here for you and will support you through it all. You're not alone ;) Good luck.

Hope the new meds work better for u. There's quite a few GBT members that struggle with BP disorder so ur not alone. Maybe u should all get together and trade notes. I have ADHD and it helped talking to others a lot years ago when I first was struggling with it. Hang in there and (((hugz))) to u Halix
