wow firts off im overwealmed (i think thats how you spell it) so many of you bloged me i luv all your comments and hugs for all of you .well see i have been in therapy for 5 years ,it was for sex crime .mabey i shouldnt blog this but i am honest .anyways mabey im being too hard on myself .but usually i have 1-2 hours in the morning for porn /downloading/and all the other things you do .after that i do housework .or work wich i work 8-12 hours a day 6 days a week .but because of therapy i feel im getting back into it too much .but i try too limit myself i just enjoy it and hope too find a young lover someday.tired of fantasy

If your use of porn has an effect on your everyday life, like problems at work, or if you can't sleep or clean up or eat because you feel more important to watch porn, you should talk to a professional before it ruins your health or your career. I think porn addiction is something threatening almost everybody here and should be taken very seriously. In the other hand, porn addiction is clearly better than nervous breakdown, depression or dangerous sexual behaviours; it's better watching porn than having a dangerous sexual behaviour, as you can't get hurt and will not hurt anyone. When I watch too much porn I'm usually close to be very depressed, it's a way to feel better for a short time; I spent about two or three years talking to a psychoanalyst and it was useful - well I'm not someone totally sane but much better than before. If you feel alone, you should meet new persons, on social networks, on craigslist, stuff like that, lots of people are disappointing but if you don't expect too much, you'll find some interesting people. Keep in mind that porn is only a representation of fantasies, not reality... You can PM me if you want to chat about it or about other stuff (I'm strongly addicted to e-mails, private messages, comments, wall comments and other '5 stars') ;-)

frequency doesn't determine addiction, it's having the addiction gene AND continuing use despite increasing consequences

go talk to a professional, and get it off your shoulders. I love some porn and my wall indicates my preferences as it does with all on this site. Daily I look ta pics an vids because I'm up 3- 4 am , but am I addicted, NO, I can go away on holidays and not miss it. Do you have other interests or things to keep you off porn sites? Maybe set a limit of 30 mins a day ?

Just be yourself. It's been my experience that there are people out there for everyone - even people that are stuck up and difficult to deal with seem to have friends. Try to be outgoing and friendly and meet a lot of people. Also if you're really 50, you'll find that people in your age group do not seem to want or need new friends, so it can be hard for you, but keep trying. The more people you meet and friends you make will take away some of your porn addiction. But don't think you'll get over looking at cute guys, you won't. LOL

is it a porn addiction ? are you sure? is the porn affecting your life and daily living? Porn is very very important to me even in a relationship. I even have emergency porn that will get me off fast when I need a release. All good. please talk to me anytime I am always accessible.

Well maybe you just have not found the right guy? I do not really know only ever had but one relationship my self and even that was just online. Still do not give up hope, I know that feeling, the thought that you will never find someone it is always there lurking in the back of my mind waiting for a moment of despair so it drag me down. Just try to ignore it, you never know you just might find someone tomorrow,and there are lots of guys out there who like older guys.
