It was a glorious sunny day so everything was fabulous.

We walked the full length of Princess Street with the Castle looming large to our right, Tam loved all the posh shops, we eventually arrived at the computer store and we went in, an assistant approached, who i recognized but could not place, and he said 'Good morning My Lord how can i help?' I asked him he could help by not using my title as it attracted unwanted attention from strangers who, when hearing me being addressed in such a way would click away with their camera phones as if i were minor Royalty, ( they were mostly Japanese but i didn't tell Tam that) . I turned to him 'Tam this costs a fortune are you sure?' he smiled 'if we ever get separated you can still contact me from anywhere' and he handed the assistant his credit card which was duly dealt with and i handed him mine and he went off to pack everything we had just bought, i was thanking Tam with a little arm squeeze when the assistant came back with a swish bag with the shops name emblazoned across the front. The assistant asked me did I want him to call the Police, but i said no, i just walked out in a daze, Tam was nowhere to be seen, what the hell had happened? where was he? i just walked back to my Range Rover, I text Ben to meet me at my dorm room and drove back in a slight air of disbelief, i kept looking at the empty seat next to me and i was worried sick, where was my boy, was he OK? I arrived and Ben was waiting for me, i had already told him what had happened from the internal speakers linked to my mobile phone in the car so he was up to scratch. He hugged me, we went to my dorm room and i repeated what had taken place. Ben thought for a moment and said, 'Rory look at the facts, he is a Royal Prince, his laptop is encrypted, those two me were Japanese you said,?' i nodded, 'they must be part of a security team , and when he pressed that button on his mobile, it must have been a panic button,' 'But Ben they were there in seconds, they must have been following us!' Ben pondered this, 'Tam didn't seem frightened when they took him away?' I told him he didn't he just said 'keep calm, these are my people' 'well then' Ben said, that's who they are then, his bodyguards.' 'But Ben i have known him for three months, he has never mentioned them!' Ben shrugged 'I don't know lets wait it out and see what happens.'

The hours ticked by, i had downed a few scotches until Ben advised against too much, he was right, if something did happen i didn't want to appear worse for wear, then about 9pm my mobile went off, it was Tam, he was OK and would be back by ten o'clock. That was all, i was so relieved. Ben hugged me and asked me if i wanted him to stay, but i told him he had done enough and to go back to Sammy. he hugged me and left, i spent the next hour cleaning our room, changing the sheets i was jumpy as hell, as ten approached i sat on my bed an waited. I heard a key enter the lock on the door there were only three mine, Ben's and Tam, the door opened and Tam stood there looking sheepish, i rushed to him and held him and kicked the door shut with my foot, 'Where the hell have you been?' i asked him, he wouldn't look in my eyes, i picked up his chin and kissed him, 'Tell me Tam?'
