Chestromanci, that depends on who you ask and whether you believe Microsoft. The German government banned Windows 8 in 2013 due to perceived data collection accessible to the NSA, done through something called "Smartscreen." This tells you how to disable it, if you wish to do so. Windows 10 has about 13 data collection "agreements" in the installation that you should probably say no to. http://www.howtogeek.com/75356/how-to-turn-off-or-disable-the-smartscreen-filter-in-windows-8/

Question does Windows 8 also have this spyware? If so how do you get rid of it?

Sorry, that should have read "bugs out of Edge."

If you are right clicking on the video, you have to click on "open in new tab," and that will give you a new download screen. If you are left clicking, it should just download. I would recommend using Firefox until they get the bugs out of Chrome, because it keeps locking up (frequently), or just use it for non script intensive sites. ALSO, be sure to disable the 13 spying measure that are now used in Windows ten, unless you want Microsoft to know that you love young, nude, legal boys. http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/gadgets-and-tech/news/windows-10-spying-how-to-opt-out-of-microsofts-intrusive-terms-of-use-10432300.html

Maybe your best be is to download firefox or Chrome since they both still have the right click feature
