it happens to all of us time to time. try to focus on what is important. start with basic things if you need to sort s--t out.
occupational therapy always helps me.

thanks guys, I think I just was going through a little dip, probably cause of not feeling well, makes climbing the walls a little more of a struggle, been at the docs, so hopefully get back to supporting all my friends again with my love and affection, scott
