Well if you have a strategy it's not working, even worse if you no strategy no wonder. Here is my strateegy. Let me tell you y results I 'm 57 I have a husband hes 40, a boyfriend hes 38 and this strsight boy who I think iis scared but interested is 27 so what I do apparently works. You don't start byb loooking for a date you start the process by becoming friends and moving slowly to dating. Yes it takes time so I only go after guys that are pretty inside and outside. I don't care how gorgeous I want a man who is sweet, considerate, compssionate, loves me and is funny and likes to have fun. So I never did a lot of tricking, but i was just hounded. Besides I did not want a bf who tricks. I wont lie or brag, I'm Italian and at 25 I was very hot and for 58 and a little work I have a straight bot thats 27 and currently my best friend. He grew up without a dad and I made him promise that we would neer nit be best friends no matter what caused the break up cheating or whatever these are 2 seperte things. The boy needs a mature man in his life to guide him mentally he's about 20. I want to take care of him and no I don't try and buy young guys. I mean emotionally and help him build a career. He's working at a carwash now its good money, but he's butch and he doesn't know it but he's going to a technical school. So iif you start friends the natutral progression is lovers. Don't make this difficult. But remember, you have to pick carrefully cause you will put alot of effort into it and please don't trick, most decent guys don't want a cumdump

stress, hurt, strong small words that mean a lot in life. visited my mum tonight, she is getting thinner, being strong for her and my sis, plenty of tears in my heart, running down my cheeks......

i don't if u read my first comment i was lol of the statement that if u respect urself and love urself u will be treated better at work. thats what i thought was so funny. cause i respect myself and i for sure love myself. and i still get treated like shit at work. they treat everybody like shit at my job. heck yes i even quite 4 freaking times and they keep saying im sorry come back. heck even had the damn owner in fucking bedroom beging me to come back. and i still get treated like shit req.

Expecting people to be fare with you because you are fare with them is like expecting a lion not to eat you because you never ate him. In the end you should always do the right thing even if it's hard.

sorry to hear, i wish you well in finding happiness bqhickory, but its not about me this stress, its about accepting my mums wishes, so this blog was a mistake in not recognising my problem, but understanding whats happening with my mum, thanks everyone, scott

omg if u only had my job u would realize that urs is a great job lol. i work for manily women :( 2 of them are part owners and one is manager and they all want to see who is in charge so they are always having different opions on how things get done. and yes we get yelled out and treated like shit on a daily basis. and alot say find another job well thats not so easy to do. and trust me i can go on and on about my job and how it sucks and i have been there going on 7 years and still get treated like shit. and no they pay sucks as well.

sounds to me maybe you have a boss who is the type that nothing is ever enough to please him. You get much more work in an environment where there is praise not always put downs. Look for a new place to work and when you do find it, give him 5 minutes notice you are leaving and ask him "if that's enough?" Then go to his boss and tell him why you are leaving. lol

Mike is right Get another job were you are valued for your commitment to your job...It may take a while to look for one but the reward is your happy each day

Mate, so sympathetic. I am in the same situation. It does create a high level of bitterness, I have to agree. I have developed a lot of internal anger. No advice for you I am afraid but if you need a shoulder message me. And if you work it out then let me know. And I will do the same. Just remember life is not that serious, so fuck it all. Especially the hot guys.

I've been at the new job for 5 months. I've been paid on time 4 times. I have to beg to get a paycheck! Yes I'm looking for a new job!
