Hiya Josh. I noticed this blog post and though I keep an eye out for your posts generally I was kind of at a loss at what to say on this one. As everyone knows by now I'm so oral that I hardly watch fucking stuff (though I do sometimes), let alone hard core fucking. So no recommendations I could offer. The whole issue of pretty graphic or hot and heavy sex with a good story in a proper film is an interesting one nevertheless. Some of the best gay films I've seen with homoerotic storylines (feature films not porn) tend to portray the sex as tastefully as they can though that can still be pretty erotic, though not 'hard core' (films like Weekend - 2011 - which enjoyed but you might not). I found the film North Sea Texas - 2011 - which is on this site and on my favorites, seriously sexy, but again, no hard core fucking. I good story and hard core fucking are a pretty hard mix to achieve in a feature film but if someone could figure out how to do it right it would have a huge audience.

Since no one has mentioned any films and from my own searches I haven't found any, so I guess there may not be any. I realize this isn't the kind of film that could be shown in most movie theaters, still I would think some gay porn studio would make at least one.

I suppose one of the Cadinot films might qualify, but unfortunately I can't understand French. 'Harem' has a story and it's sexy as hell, but there's too much fucking and not enough story.

There's another film I like about a guy who has sex for the first time with a guy in England and then travels around Europe with him having sex in various countries. (There's a particular hot scene with a waiter in a restaurant in Paris.) I love this one and need to watch it again if I can remember the name of the film.

There's also a good Helix film about a young guy who has a set of rules about sex with others which includes not falling in love. There's various hot sex scenes and by the end of the film he does fall in love. Still though there's too much sex and not enough story with good acting.

On the other hand, there's 'Queer As Folk' which had a story but only soft porn. I wish it had been more hard core and shown some real fucking.
