@Moshwack, as best I can I de-friend anyone on this site who claims an age under 18. Adults ie >18 can't talk to minors

i dont want to sound offensive, but. I was in this chatroom thing. and i get kicked out of the only gay chat room because of age. And when i leave turn my webcam on, people start talking to me. but they end up being someone wayyyyyyy older than me. and over weight. when i check back to the one only gay chat room, these ones are in there and not kicked. I get kicked but obese old guys get to stay? Everyone keeps telling me i look 16, is it becuz i look under age? or because the age i tell them that is on my identifications? CRUEL! and i have no other self defense mech bbut to be cruel back. ANY help? or oppinion?

Answer: the people I have to work with. 90% of the Baby Boom generation is deeply homophobic. That's the peer group I have to live with. It's nice that the younger generation has it **easier** in some ways. But we all walk our own individual paths to Gaydom and the road is often rocky.

@JJlonerider, thanks for the kind words. It's so nice when a young man like you defends old geysers like me. When it comes to living in the closet in Missouri, I know what it's like. I've been hiding in plain sight here since the year nineteen hundirt and 8e9. Small towns in this state don't take too kindly to our type! Anyway, thanks Jon :-)

Just a thought, take it for however you want to, you say you’re looking for someone to talk to but not specific about what you want to talk about. If you want to talk to someone about difficulties you’re having growing up gay, or some of the things you’re feeling I would not rule out talking to some of the older gentlemen on here. I know it’s difficult growing up gay these days but it was 100 times worse when they were your age, if that is what you want to discuss those men have been there done that. If that is not what you’re looking for I do hope you find someone to confide in.

wrong! I'm actually out to all my former coworkers, too. I guess that's because I gauged the environment there, with primarily young co-workers. At my current employer, although we have a similar acceptance policy, not so much. We have a lot of vets. One such co-worker said being gay was unnatural.
