Okay 'gm4yngr'. Just for you, I got up from sitting in front of my computer--after I read your post. I wanted to see which of my balls hanged lower. To my amaze, you where correct--the left ball was lower. However, I moved a little bit backward and the right became lower, and then when I moved again, the left went lower. I guess they alternate. Now I am sitting and looking down at them, and my right ball is lower. No wait, my left, no my right, no my left, my right--oh brother--they keep on changing--dingdong:-)

@LOVE2JO, look closely, I bet one is larger and hangs lower than the other. This is true of most guys, my personal theory is that more guys have the left one as the larger/lower one.
