@denf, I must agree that knowing what some people are really thinking may not be pleasant. But it would save a lot of time and bother because those are the people that I could instantly ignore forever and move on to more pleasant people. There are only 2 people that were in my life who I totally ignore now. Once I was certain that they were totally selfish, I denied there existence in my world. A few other people that I know are on my "uncertain" list. It would be nice to weed out the bad people as soon as I meet them.

I have to wonder if knowing what other people are REALLY thinking would be all that pleasant. Each to His own, I guess. What I'd like to be able to do is have the ability to point my index finger at the drivers of those cars with boom boxes - and disintegrate them at will.
