i luv candle in the wind. in fact i like elton john anyway. an amazing singer and songwritter. wrote some fabby music over the years

@ZanyZander Thanks, bud.. another one of his songs I had to do was "Candle In The Wind". It's an emotional song but I love it so much :)

I LOVE Elton John! I remember hunting down his box set called "To Be Continued..." in the early 1990's when it initially went out of print! I think he should do an expansive EIGHT c.d. set one day of his entire career featuring like five new songs on it...that's just my opinion. I also thought that there would be a follow up box set though because the title...I don't know what though..."...Continued"?! Hopefully not ever "CONCLUDED"! Lol. Anywho...that's cool that you can sing!

It was such a great night at the gig where I sang last night... I got there, did the sound checks, got changed and ready to go on. Going on stage I felt really (and I mean really) welcomed. Standing there looking out at all these people watching me felt bizzare... and for sure I was nervous. The way I cope with so many people is by imagining that I am singing to my friends... it helps me keep calm. At the end of the night, I closed the show with a song which has a very special meaning for me. I sang a cover version of the wonderful Elton John's "Can You Feel The Love Tonight"... I even saw some guys dancing slowly together. Tonight changed me, guys... it really did. I finally feel comfortable being there on stage and singing... and have finally accepted that this is what I was meant to do in life. As for the love? I can feel it alright... right here with you guys! :)
