I've been through too much in life to write here. The main thing is that I have decided not to let the past ruin me anymore. My depression, etc is still a pain in the ass to deal with at times but I have a way of dealing with it: I go sing! lol. I'm just glad I have you guys in my life now... and those friends who I feel close to?.. thanks, guys ;)

I think most of us if not everyone experiences a low now and then. The important thing is to remember things will get better either with or without help. I have gone to see a therapist through the local mental health agency when I couldn't seem to work through a bad low time on my own.
Looking back my only regret is I didn't go earlier. Men (most of us it seems) like to believe we can fix things on our own. Guess its like the not asking for directions thing.
If you're feeling down shoot me a MSG. Maybe I can make you laugh or point you in the right direction to get some help.
Anyway that's my two cents!

been there done it and yes it does get better. I could have given up in 1995 when my sig other was killed in a car crash, but what comes to mind is the scene from "Shawshank Redemption" with Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman...."get busy living or get busy dying" always stay positive regardless how bad you feel, seek comfort in friends and/or family.- Brillo
