<p>Arkansas has seen its ban on gay marriage ruled unlawful becoming the 22nd State where this has happened.</p>
<p>The Judge cited a 1967 Supreme Court decision which ruled a ban on interracial marriage was similarly unlawful, to support his reasoning.</p>
