you just take care of yourself Jordan. As one who lives alone also it is very important to eat right, exercise is the best tool to reduces stress, I walk 1-2 kilometres a day, and get out and mingle my friend you have a lot going for you are a very compassionate person and in a short time here made many friends, and moved yourself from a negative cycle in your life to a positive one. hugz paparon xoxo

Hiya Paul.. thank you for the reply. Whew now there's an offer! hahaha. I'm monitoring my blood pressure today and so far the levels are still high, but there is a slight drop. Looks like my body is finally listening to my mind lol ;) xx

I'm relieved to hear your scalding session ended without much damage. I'm sure you could find someone to kiss it better if you tried (not very!) hard. As everyone is saying, watch your blood pressure closely as it is VERY important Peace and love my friend PaulX

Im surprised you wernt already on some Medication already buddy as u said u suffer from high BP .I know yr DOC tells u off you said.
As were ur new family we will keep an eye on you.

Good afternoon, everyone. Not long got home from the surgery. Docs had a look at where the boiling water went.. all good. After running that cold water over my legs and that cream it did the job. I've been given some medication to help lower the blood pressure.. so all is going to be well again ;) Just wanted to update y'all. Thanks everyone for the messages on here xx

hope you didnt scold yourself too much Jordan. yea take care with that high blood pressure. its not good. keep that monitor handy and try and stay relaxed and chilled out :) X

Best be careful buddy i hope you were under some cold water for at least 5 minutes .As Brian said Its a big concern blood preassure and it needs to be monited closely.No stress u here budddy

Heheh yep, I often get them. It's to do with high blood pressure... and it does get me down lol. Im just sitting here relaxing, and watching the pressure monitor beeping away hahaha.

Oh bugger! guys, I am so sorry.. the main part of my blog didn't show up!! Basically, I was in the kitchen, and had yet another dizzy spell. I dropped a kettle of boiling water and it went all over my legs. I've put some cool water on and used some antiseptic cream.. just needed to know if this was the right thing to do. Gawd I feel embarrassed now
